If you're running Windows XP, right click on the toolbar and select properties.
Click the customize button.
You should see a menu with the icons pictured. Next to them it should say "Hide when inactive" or "Always Show".
If you hover your cursor over those, they become a drop down menu, select "Never show", click OK, then click apply and they should be gone.
I have got 2 gmail buttons on my toolbar, any idea on how to get rid of one of them???
On the toolbar..click
1 settings
2 options
3 buttons
4 gmail uncheck
Reply:On a PC, right-click on the icon and select "delete".
Reply:if your using a mac then you should be able to do it through preferences, if your not, i dont know sorry
